Philosophy

As a “fixed star” in the Commax management board, Alexandra Geissler is responsible for the areas of organization, purchasing and finance … and is herself a living example of the possibility of combining career and family … which is one of her “body and stomach topics” when acting as a moderator or trainer for Commax by the way.

A sustainable, engaging training is only as good as its qualified preparation and debrief. Alexandra has been working intensely and tirelessly on adjusting the Commax processes to the respective requirements, to develop bespoke service packages and to make available resources for the last 18 years with Commax, and this using a team of now 13 employees in our Commax back office. Perfection – combined with passion and warmth!

She is fascinated by communicating with people – and this since she is able to remember. Conversations with our clients, the training of management and employees on all levels, workshops and moderation as well as managing own employees – all of this is communication. And when Alexandra says that a process is running well, it is indeed doing just that.
